What Can I Bring events
Broken Hill, May 3 and 4 – I’m heading to AgFair!! Anyone else? So excited to get back to this part of the world and experience what I’m told is a fantastic few days, am also doing four cooking demos (2 x on Friday 3 and 2 x on Saturday). The program can be found here.
Goondiwindi – On Friday, May 17th I’ll be in Goondiwindi for a smartphone/reels workshop in the afternoon then the wonderful Nicky Grummitt is hosting her first Bizz Fizz Supper Club (love the sound of these events) and the next morning we’re at Harry and Kit for a morning tea and Q&A with Nicky and myself. Click here for bookings and more information.
Toowoomba – That night, Saturday May 18, I am joining forces with Annabelle Hickson of Galah Press for a book party at Harry and Kit and tickets are going fast. Annabelle’s new book Galah is just out and of course it’s glorious. I can’t wait to celebrate its launch in person. Love to see you there if you can make it!
Then…. Annabelle and I (and our books) are going interstate for a few days (whoop)…
Barwon Heads – Tuesday, May 28 – An evening with Heads and Tales. With the wonderful Jaclyn Crupi leading the chat. Annabelle and I will be talking books, writing, food, regional living. Among other things. Info and bookings here.
Wednesday, May 29 – Merricks. The next morning we’re getting a ferry (so excited) across the bay for a lunch with Merricks General Store. I have been told so many good things about this beautiful place and they’re putting on a special long lunch for all of us.
Thursday, May 30 we’re in Melbourne for an evening event at the iconic Hill of Content bookshop, moderated again by Jaclyn Crupi (thank you!). Booking details still to come for this one.
Then home and a bit of a lie-down.
Here’s a bit about the former three, all of which you can purchase via my online shop or hopefully from your local bookshop (if they don’t stock it they may order it in if you ask – that would be great btw!)
