While it may not feel like it yet – Autum is officially here. So to celebrate, we had a little picnic in the paddock for Graziher magazine.
This shoot was just so much fun and a good reminder to get out there and collaborate as often as possible with all the incredibly talented women there are scattered all over this country of ours. So here were this collab’s main players;
Photographer Clancy Job – Clancy is one of the most talented and generous creatives I’ve ever met. She is also super lovely to hang out with. Clancy shot my book’s cover and is the queen of capturing the golden light of morning and late evening.
Stylist Jemima Aldridge – Jemima is one half of Dubbo-based business Saddler and Co and a talented stylist in her own right. Absolutely loved watching her at work putting together this incredible shoot.
Fashion team! We were all dressed up in clothing from Pip and Bonnie from Iglou. Iglou is a fabulous fashion store nestled within the even more fabulous concept store The Sonic here in Orange. We are so lucky to have it’s creator Pip Brett (above right) being such a mover and shaker in this town.
Artist in residence – Kezz Brett (Pip’s Mum) is well known for her joyful and evocative paintings and we were thrilled she could come along for our paddock picnic!
The publication – last but absolutely not least, thank you so much Graziher magazine for bringing us all together.
The shoot venue – The Old Convent, Orange. My favourite place to hold workshops, eat, drink and hang with lovely creative people.
