Hello again! Today’s Two for Tuesday brings together a couple of my favourite recipes of recent times…a tangy, healthy and beautiful pink grapefruit, avocado and almond salad starring Barham Avocados (who by the way, have just started making avocado oil, can’t wait to grab a bottle!) and then for pud, we’ll have a slice of this orange-scented madiera cake with milk chocolate ganache.
